We offer a 5-day hassle-free return or exchange from the date of delivery. Once a return is initiated, it may take 7-10 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Reverse Pick-Up & Self-Shipping

• Reverse Pick-Up Service: Available; however, the company is not responsible for lost or mismatched parcels (Please prefer Self Ship Mode for Returning the Parcel).
• If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you must self-ship the product back to us.
  
• Please pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
• All items must be unused and have all original tags attached.

 

Return Conditions

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

1. The product appears used, washed, or soiled.
2. The product is damaged, except if it was delivered to you in a damaged condition.
3. The product is not returned in its original packaging as delivered.

Refund & Coupon Credit Policy

• A ₹100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted per order, regardless of the number of items.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or refunded to the original payment mode.(For damaged & wrong product received )
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
• Coupon credit will be provided within 1-2 working days after the return is received at our warehouse.
• Return Shipping Fees will be deducted for both Prepaid and COD orders.
• Refund Processing Time: Allow 7 days for a prepaid order return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account.
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

 

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours since order placed.
